Bloktavia enables people to invest in real agricultural production, not abstract promises. Each investment represents a defined acre of professionally planted and managed Robusta coffee land in Uganda. Bloktavia manages operations; investors own the economic rights and receive transparent, auditable performance data and real cash flow from harvests.

What You Actually Own

  • 1 acre = exactly 700 Robusta coffee plants
  • Investment term = 10 years
  • First 2 years of full maintenance (planting, weeding, fertilizing, spraying, pruning) included in purchase price — no extra charges

Hierarchy: Estate → Block → Acre → Plant (tracked for transparency, not individual monetization in v1).

How to Invest: Buying an Acre

  3. Select available acre
  4. Review summary: price, 700 plants, 10-year term, first 2 years maintenance covered
  5. Pay
  6. Ownership assigned (digital token minted in background)
  7. Acre appears in your portfolio (dashboard coming soon)

Timeline: From Planting to Earnings

  • Years 0–2 (Establishment)
    No harvest. Maintenance fully covered — no deductions.
  • Year 3+ (Harvest Phase)
    Harvesting begins. Real sales generate net profits shared with you.

Revenue & Profit Distribution

  1. Gross Revenue: Coffee sold, recorded per batch/season.
  2. Maintenance Reserve: 20% of gross set aside (fertilizer, spraying, pruning, upkeep).
  3. Harvest Labor Costs: Picking and harvest-specific wages deducted.
  4. Net Profit = Gross − Reserve − Labor Costs
  5. Split:
    • 70% to investor (current acre owner)
    • 30% to Bloktavia
  6. Distributions seasonal/periodic. Full history available.
